This site is a vessel for a year-long experiment in living as if aliveness matters—prioritizing the flow of life force, experienced as felt vitality, emotional range, and deep fulfillment.

It is a place to gather reflections, images, and more processed pieces that emerge through attention, participation, and making—rather than cultural norms of (self)-optimization and productivity.

It holds work that moves in different registers—felt, visual, lyrical, and conceptual—without asking them to resolve into a single voice.

What connects them is attention to life force—as it moves through body, relationship, creativity, community, humanity’s collective history and imagination, and the more-than-human world.

All of it is shaped by the same inquiry: what becomes possible—personally, publicly, politically, and for the planet—when aliveness is treated as a legitimate organizing principle for a life?
